Mr. Foster was born in Kansas City, Missouri in 1952. He is one of the founding Shareholders of Laney & Foster, P.C. He has practiced law over 28 years and has received a Martindale-Hubbell AV® Preeminent™ Peer-Review Rating. Over the years, he has tried numerous cases to a jury verdict. His practice is dedicated to Professional Liability Defense, Architect & Engineer Liability, Accountant Liability, Products Liability, Insurance Defense and Construction Litigation.
