John M. "Skip" Laney, Jr.

Mr. Laney was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama in 1946. He is one of the founding Shareholders of Laney & Foster, P.C. He has practiced law over 35 years and has received a Martindale-Hubbell AV® Preeminent™ Peer-Review Rating. His practice is dedicated to Professional Liability Defense, Architect & Engineer Liability, Insurance Defense, Accountant Liability, Products Liability and Construction Litigation. Over the years, he has handled over 1,500 cases to a conclusion including trying over 150 cases to a jury verdict. He is admitted to practice in Alabama and Florida.
