Mr. Manning was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee and grew up in Rossville, Georgia. Since joining the firm in 2003, his practice has focused on Professional Liability Defense, Architect & Engineer Liability, Insurance Defense, Accountant Liability, Premises Liability, Products Liability and Construction Litigation. He became a Shareholder at Laney & Foster, P.C. in 2009. He lives in Birmingham with his wife and daughter.
